Helios runs a serverless discovery pipeline on AWS: four public channels per jurisdiction, AI-assisted classification, and an evidence store built to survive legal scrutiny. It works. Your job is to make it boringly reliable as we add jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- Own the reliability of our monthly jurisdiction runs, end to end
- Extend the discovery channels and the enrichment behind each finding: registration data, audience estimates, availability from inside the jurisdiction
- Harden the evidence chain: captures, independent timestamps, an append-only audit trail
- Build the operational tooling our analysts use every day
What we're looking for
- Strong Python and SQL, with real AWS depth and the instinct to keep a small serverless system small
- Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, and the on-call for what you ship
- Care about evidence integrity: hashes, immutability, chain of custody
- Interest in how illegal online markets actually operate
