How do I commission a Helios engagement?
Email contact@heliosystems.eu with the jurisdiction, the practice, illegal iGaming or illegal streaming, and the period you need covered. Helios replies with a scoped proposal: the channels and languages it will sweep, the registers it will verify against, the shape of the report and the timeline. Engagements are on demand, and a first engagement is often used to size the problem before a recurring one tracks it.
What to include
- The jurisdiction and, if relevant, the regulator or authority you represent
- The practice: illegal iGaming discovery, illegal streaming discovery or both
- The period you want covered, and whether you expect it to recur
- Anything you already know: existing blocklists, prior findings, the register you use
