What is regulatory intelligence?
Regulatory intelligence is the systematic discovery, verification and documentation of activity that a regulator has a duty to act on but cannot see from its own records. For gambling and streaming regulators, that means finding the unlicensed operators and unapproved services actually reaching people in their jurisdiction, confirming each one against the official register, and recording evidence that will hold up in proceedings.
Intelligence, not monitoring
Monitoring watches a list you already have. Intelligence builds the list. A regulator knows its licensees; it does not know which of the several hundred sites marketing into its market this quarter are new, which belong to the same business, and which are drawing real audiences. Regulatory intelligence answers those questions from public information and leaves the regulator with named, evidenced findings rather than an estimate.

How it supports enforcement teams
An enforcement team's constraint is rarely the law; it is knowing where to look and being able to prove what was there. Regulatory intelligence removes both: the report names the sites and operators, ranks them by reach, and carries evidence captured at the time of observation. Blocking orders, payment-provider notices and referrals can be prepared from the report itself.
