A new Regulus Partners report, published on behalf of EUROMAT, estimates that Europe’s online gambling Black Market reached €12bn in 2025. Behind that figure is a detailed discovery exercise by Helios: 978 unique sites identified across 28 jurisdictions, 709 with measurable traffic, and more than 2,500 site-country traffic relationships.
